Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order.  If you find that you wish to return an item, please observe the following:

Return/Refund Policy
Our return/refund policy is 14 days.  If you return a package wanting a refund, your postmark date must be within 14 days of the date you received your order.  

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

Please email us in advance if you wish to return an item so that we will be on the lookout.  Email us at:  rose@inkypaw.com

Custom engraved pet memorial are not returnable unless we have made an error.  If you experience a problem with your customized item, please email us and we will be happy to correct our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will inform you about your refund and when to expect it and in what form.

Include a copy of your receipt or a note with your name, address, email address and phone number.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we have made an error in your order.  If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping on your order may be deducted from your refund.

Since we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, we recommend insuring your package.  Please check with the Post Office or your shipping service for cost.
